Bdjla's Terms & Conditions – all in plain language

By using the bdjla.bet website and its associated mobile application, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. We've written them in plain, simple language so everything is easy to understand.

These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with bdjla and apply equally to you and to bdjla. If any term is unclear, please contact our support team before registering.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. bdjla reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; however, members will be notified in advance via email or in-app notification for any major changes.

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• Each individual may register only one account
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful
• One mobile number and one email address can only be linked to a single account
• Two accounts cannot be opened from the same device or IP address within the same household

As part of bdjla's compliance with financial regulatory standards, all members are required to complete identity verification (KYC). KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal or for any transaction exceeding ৳50,000.

You may be required to provide: a copy of your National ID or passport, a recent selfie, and proof of address. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

• Deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds to 5 minutes
• The deposit account must be registered in your own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

Your account must have sufficient balance and KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

• Standard withdrawals: processed within 3–30 minutes
• Large amounts (৳50,000+): Processing may take up to 24 hours
• Withdrawal method must match the deposit method used
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met

All bonus offers at bdjla are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms applicable to that particular offer.

• Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Expired bonuses cannot be recovered
• bdjla reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus abuse

Different rules apply to bdjla's Sports Betting and casino sections. General rules apply to all betting, but specific sports or games may have their own additional rules.

• Minimum bet: ৳200 (may vary by game or market)
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• bdjla reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• In the event of an abandoned or postponed match, bets will be settled in accordance with bdjla's specific policy
• In-play betting odds change in real time; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final

Any dispute regarding a betting result must be submitted in writing to bdjla Support within 48 hours of the result being published. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdjla. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Opening multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses
• Using another person's account or sharing your account
• Coordinated betting activity intended to abuse bonuses
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions
• Match fixing or placing bets based on fraudulent information
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Misconduct or harassment toward other members

Bdjla reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason – particularly in cases of breach of these Terms & Conditions – without prior notice.

• Violating our terms or engaging in prohibited activities
• Registering with false information
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Extended inactivity (no activity for 12 months)
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request

If an account is legitimately closed, any remaining balance will be refunded — however, bonus balances will not be returned if the applicable wagering requirements have not been met. For self-exclusion cases, the designated cooling-off period must elapse before a new account can be opened.

Bdjla strives to deliver the highest standard of service; however, liability is limited under certain circumstances.

• bdjla is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled system maintenance
• bdjla is not responsible for issues arising from third-party software or hardware
• Service may be disrupted under force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, war, etc.)
• bdjla is not liable for any losses incurred through gaming – participation is entirely a personal choice

However, bdjla guarantees that if your account is incorrectly debited due to a technical error, the full amount will be refunded.

Bdjla may update these terms at any time. Minor changes will be reflected by an updated date on the page. For major changes, registered members will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance.

• First, try to resolve the issue directly with the bdjla support team
• If support is unable to resolve your issue, submit a formal written complaint to complaints@bdjla.bet
• If unresolved within 30 days, an appeal may be submitted to Curacao eGaming
• Curacao law applies to the resolution of all disputes
